Welcome to the Manatee River, where you will see daily activity in the river outside every window in the house! Manatees, dolphins, and pelicans are just a few of the sea creatures you'll see daily. Our home has tons of sliders and a full windowed lanai for your viewing pleasure. Theres truly nothing as nice as opening the windows with the fresh river breeze for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Theres a large eating table for four also out there to eat, play games or do puzzles!
1 master bedroom with private bath and a nice guest room, both have comfy queen-sized beds. Your vacation oasis has been remodeled and totally updated. Everything you need is available in a cook's dream kitchen with a rolling island to prepare your meals. The living area includes a super comfy down filled couch that is very relaxing and yes.... that view once again! Large flat screen tv you can watch from living room, dining room or in kitchen! If you enjoy a T.V. show before bedtime there's also one in the master. The guest bathroom is large, so you won't have to share. Although this is a mobile home, it sure doesn't feel like it!
If you happen to have lots of fishing equipment (2 poles for you there) or bikes there is an attached utility room for storage. You'll also find the washer and dryer in this area.
The area can't be beat with St Peterburg, and all the coastal beaches a short drive over the beautiful skyway bridge. You will enjoy the quick trip to Anna Maria Island, Sarasota or Bradenton beach. Shopping and Grocery are just a few minutes away, but this small intimate park makes you feel like you are miles away from the hustle and bustle!
We have a nice and quiet pool and fishing or look out pier close to our home. Theres only 5 streets which makes it enjoyable to take a daily walk or two.
