There is also a sleeper sofa that accomodates 2 people. The kitchen is complete with cutlery, dishes, cookware, pots and utensils as well as a microwave oven, a coffee-maker and a toaster. The unit has a full size washer and dryer and a dishwasher as well as a large screen TV with cable and a DVD player in the living room and TVs in both bedrooms. High speed internet is available via wifi throughout the unit.
There is a full-size heated pool and adjoining Jacuzzi on the condo complex. The building is a short walk from a plaza with a supermarket, drug store, book store, pharmacy and other specialty shops and restaurants.
John's Pass is a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) with restaurants, parasailing, jet ski and boat rentals as well as deep-sea fishing, and dolphin watching cruises. Treasure Island and St. Petersburg Beach are located within 10 minutes to the south. Busch Gardens in Tampa is a 40 minute drive, and the theme parks in Orlando are only 90 minutes away.
