Welcome to the Cozy Blue! Located in the Grove City section of Englewood. This 4 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for families, friend groups, golfers, beach lovers, fisherman and many more. Daily/Weekly/Monthly

Your "Cozy Blue" amenities begin with a patio with lounge chairs, 2 person high top table and chairs, hot tub, blue tooth speakers and grill in a fully fenced in back yard. A covered deck with seating for 8, TV and firepit. Inside there are 2 living areas with Roku TV's, couches, 2 arcade machines and board games. The bedrooms are themed and named after a state we have lived in, Alaska, Florida, Maryland and South Carolina, each bedroom has extra blanks and some of the bedrooms have extra pillows and fans in the closets. All bedrooms have Roku TV's with guest mode, plenty of free TV shows and movies or sign in to your favorite streaming site.
No large groups or parties
