Holiday Isle Properties is proud to present Inlet Reef 405, a stunning two-bedroom condo modified into a three-bedroom condo. It includes complimentary beach service (2 chairs and one umbrella) for the 2024 season, which starts March 1st and ends October 31st.
The property also has two bathrooms and is a beachfront condo that sleeps ten guests in utmost comfort and ease. The owners have done new renovations in April 2024 with new furniture, décor, and a restocked kitchen with new dinnerware, grilling tools, silverware, small appliances, and cookware for those who wish to prepare meals during your visit. The unit also features a spotting scope to view boats and dolphins up close from the huge picture window. Board games, TV trays, and a beach wagon are also provided for guests. They have spared no expense in ensuring your Destin vacation will be nothing short of extraordinary.
Upon entering the condo, the open floor plan, recessed LED lighting, Florida Oak tile flooring, and misty grey walls will sweep you off your feet. From the front door, you will come to the open Kitchen on your right. The Kitchen has a granite counter space and slate grey appliances.
Adjacent to the Kitchen is the Bunk Bedroom. This room has two Twin Beds custom built into Bunk Beds and comes with a flat-screen HDTV and a DVD player. Also, in the bunk bedroom, there is a closet and a high-efficiency washer and dryer.
On the other side of the Kitchen is the Dining Area. Centered by a chandelier, the rectangular wood Dining Table seats six guests, with additional counter seating available. Just past the Dining Area is the Living Room.
The Living Room is a haven of entertainment. It features a 65-inch Roku 4K HDR TV, HD Cable, a Blu-Ray player, and Netflix w/4K for your viewing pleasure. There's a recliner, a rattan side chair, and a loveseat couch for your comfort. Need extra sleeping space? The Sofa Sleeper doubles as a Queen bed with a Memory Foam mattress. And if you want to enjoy the fresh air, balcony access is just a step away.
The Master Bedroom has a King-size bed, a wall-mounted HDTV, HD Cable with Blu-ray, a plush side chair, a walk-in closet, and a preparation area with a granite-encased vanity. The Master Bedroom also has sliding glass doors that lead to the condo’s balcony. These sliding glass doors come with a retractable screen so you can sleep at night listening to the waves roll in from the Gulf of Mexico. The Master Bathroom has a Kohler Moxie® walk-in shower with rock flooring.
The Guest Bedroom has a wall-mounted flat-screen HDTV and two Full Beds. The Guest Bathroom is adjacent to the Guest Bedroom and accessed via the hallway. This bathroom has an eight-jet Suzuki whirlpool shower/bathtub combination.
As stunning and perfect as this condo is on the inside, its true grandeur resides on its balcony. The hexagonal balcony comes with a granite-encased wet bar with a built-in bottle opener, an outside dining table with four chairs, and a two-seat glider. The unique shape of the balcony allows the condo to retain an unobstructed 180-degree view of Destin’s famous emerald-green waters and sugar-white sands, and you can always find a spot of shade if desired.
