This 2 bedroom condo is the perfect place to cool off after a relaxing day at the beach! With accommodations to sleep up to 6 people. Bedroom 1 has a King bed. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a Queen. Sofa in the living room is a comfortable pull out! 2 paid parking spots located under the unit & right by the one flight of stairs up to our unit. The property offers a beautiful pool with all day sun and an outdoor BBQ/Grilling area.

Have made some updates: new sofa bed, new loveseat, new full size refrigerator, new stove, relocated the washer/dryer to the closet in living room, removed majority of popcorn ceiling, and new toilet!!
