The one-time cleaning fee goes directly to staff who work very hard to provide you with a very clean and disinfected home to stay in. This is why we price it separately. We know this is very important these days. Each turn-over includes surface disinfecting, and all linen washing (including bedspreads). This extra mile washing all linens cost more. We take great pride in providing the cleaning standards guests may rely on. You will not find this attention to "clean" with other properties, as they do not pay enough. Our staff is paid well in exchange for an unrushed, spectacular job. Extra cleanings are available to schedule at guests expense during their stay.

VERY STRICT NO PETS POLICY- we will see and will claim your deposit - this is in place to provide a safe environment for guests with pet allergies. No exceptions are made. This is a garden home (no lawn) and is not suited for pets.

Mid-Term Stays (28+ days):
Cleaning fee is $250 for monthly stays and $165 for nightly (under 20 days)
There is no Local (county & City) Hotel Tax 10.75% for 28 days or more, and no state Hotel Tax 6% 30 day or more. Short-term stays will apply a 16.75% Hotel tax (local & state)

Direct bookings are made electronically via email. Background checks may be required at guests expense. Picture of ID will be requested.

* We may have a company vehicle stored in garage with one space available for guest. Please inquire about garage at the time of booking.
** The two twin beds are on an enclosed patio porch. For heat and A/C, you will open the two interior French doors and turn the ceiling fans on for airflow from the rest of the house.
*** Propane tank is refilled by guest at HomeDepot or Walmart close by. Please check on tank when you first check in so you have it when you need it! We used to provide the refill, but have found guests do not turn the gas tank off, so we now ask guest to refill if necessary.
