Bring your fishing rod and head on over to the beautiful boardwalk of Pirate's Landing Fishing Pier with a couple of friends and cast a line into the waters below. Andy Bowie County Park is only a little over eight miles away, where over 20 miles of beach awaits, with a fantastic view of the ocean right from the comfort of the sandy shores. Head back to your home away from home on the cusp of the calming blue waters and enjoy whipping up a quick and delicious meal in the full kitchen using the appliances provided. Settle down on the balcony with a couple of cold drinks and some pals and enjoy the refreshing breeze. Throw the day's dirty laundry into your private washer/dryer, then kick it up in the quaint living area and stream a movie with some popcorn around nighttime. This home also boasts a boatlift for your convenience, as well as a plethora of on-site swimming pools and a golf course! THINGS TO KNOW You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for vehicle passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is a $90 admission fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. If the LIV office is closed, you will need to drive up to the gate. On the keypad, there are instructions for contacting security on call 956-564-1511; they will come to the gate. You will be registered and security will allow you through the gate for the night. You will need to go back to the LIV office the next morning to check-in. They will provide you with vehicle passes and amenity bracelets. Streaming service will require a guest account to access.
