Updated, newly painted and professionally furnished throughout., The open-plan living space has a beautiful living and dining area with brand-new tiled floors with designer decor area rugs.
The lounge area has an L-shaped sofa with an oversized Smart TV plus ceiling fan.
A secondary seating area offers a cozy plush double seating area with sliding doors
out to the patio.

The formal dining area has an impressive marble table and seats six.

The spacious fitted kitchen has new granite counters, sink, faucet and is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, utensils, coffee cups, a variety of beverage glasses, including wine glasses, crockery etc. There is also a coffee cart with a K-Cup machine.

There is a half bathroom on the ground level with a WC and laundry closet with washer, dryer,
iron and board.

Upstairs you will find a serene and spacious primary bedroom suite with a king bed, a large Smart TV, ceiling fan and in-suite bathroom with granite counters and a bath/shower.

Bedroom 2 is a stylish king room with Smart TV and bedroom 3 is a colorful twin room with a Smart TV. There is a family bathroom with a bath/shower.

This property has a private double driveway for two vehicles, air conditioning throughout, free Wifi and complimentary use of a pack and play (travel cot) and a highchair for babies.

LOCAL/STATE RULES GUESTS ACCEPT WHEN BOOKING THIS HOME:
1. There is an additional Resort Fee, which is paid directly to Regal Palms upon arrival at the main office. 
2. The maximum occupancy of the home is stated in the property listing and house rules and must not be exceeded. Strictly no events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
3. Only Guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to stay in the home or resort unless approval is given by the Landlord.
4. Resort and community facilities associated with the home are owned and operated by the Regal Palms Resort. Any limitations or closures at any time are beyond our control.
5. The home can have a maximum of two vehicles associated with the reservation. there is an overflow parking area located in the resort for a nightly fee of $10...      If space allows a third car in the driveway without touching the grass or street is permissible.. No street parking permitted at any time.(Vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.)
Sorry but this home is not suitable for young adult/student groups under the average age of 25.

Strictly no parties, gatherings or events.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
All our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge to help you on your first night that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 3 kitchen trash bags and 1 bag per small bedroom bin and 1 laundry detergent tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility to bring with them/purchase locally. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, toiletries or cleaning products.
