Arizona traditions is a 55+ Gated golf community that includes 3 pools , tennis , Bocci , weight room , pickleball , woodworking shop , pool tables , shuffleboard and onsite bar . Also within the community is a 18 hole golf course Par 70 ( you pay as you play).
The beautiful 1400 sq. ft. home is equipped with vaulted ceilings throughout and high quality furniture with a modern look as pictured . This is a two bedroom plus office/den and two bathrooms . The master bathroom has a shower and a full soaker tub , double sinks and walk in closet . the entire house has upgraded wood look ceramic flooring. The Kitchen has stainless steel side by side fridge , Stove , dishwasher and microwave . The Master bedroom has a King size bed with Posture pedic dream cloud premium mattress and a 55" TV . The spare room has a queen size bed with a Temper pedic adjustable bed and TV .You will not find beds more comfortable than these . The living room has a leather couch , loveseat and chair along with a 65" TV . Much of the furniture was purchased from Ashley's realyn collection with a white distressed look . Washer / dryer use is included . you are welcome to use our two bikes also that are in the two car garage . The outside patio has a loveseat and two chairs along with a BBQ that you can look over the landscaped yard that includes a lemon and Orange tree .We require a 4 month minimum rental period and you must be over 55 years of age . Rent is $3000 usd. per month . We hope you love it as much as we do and please message me for more pictures .. A cleaning fee will be charged at time of booking $250.00 . Please look at the calendar for availability as we only have between November 1, 2024 - April 30 , 2025 available at this time . The rate for 5 or 6 months can be discussed for a reduction on rate .
