Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome located on sunny South Padre Island, TX! The property has a 2nd floor balcony, private back yard, garage and driveway. This house sits in a quiet neighborhood and is a 10 minute walk to the beach. The master bedroom and main living quarters sit on the 2nd floor. There is a guest bedroom located on the 1st floor which has a sofa and bunk beds. The garage has a large capacity washer and dryer.

Living the Dream Beach House is very clean and well stocked with linens, towels, full kitchen and is well managed. A maid is available upon request for a minimal fee. All you need to do is show up and begin your relaxing, warm winter retreat. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the balcony or an evening cocktail in the lush, tropical back yard. Dogs up to 30lbs are welcome with a pet deposit of $500, $250 is non-refundable.

There are many activities for winter visitors at South Padre Island to include shopping, walking on the beach, parasailing, fishing charters, sand castle lessons, catamaran cruises, dolphin watch cruises, and a host of other actives at the South Padre Island Community Center.
