No smoking property close to Bay. Beautiful courtyard for lounging and fellowship. Nice size pool for Veranda owners and tenants. There are only 16 units in this quiet bay side property. There is a BBQ area in the front side of the complex and assigned parking just steps away from your unit. Unit is used for my family and friends and I lease to Snowbirds during the Winter season. Internet and smart tv in living room. All the snowbirds that have stayed in my unit have been wonderful and respectful. The Veranda has become a very popular place for Winter Texans. Sorry, no pets. Two month minimum during snowbird season. $1500 per month NOTE: CURRENTLY NOT BOOKING FOR 2025-2026 SEASON SO THAT MY REGULAR SNOWBIRDS CAN HAVE FIRST OPTION. I WILL START TAKING RESERVATIONS IN JUNE, 2025 FOR THE OCTOBER(2025)-APRIL (2026) SEASON.
