House is fully furnished, clean, smoke free, 2 bedrooms, office, 3 baths, laundry room, garage, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, heat, fully equipped kitchen, roomy living area, and front porch with a view of the lake. Make friends and mingle with the other snowbirds who return each year. We are looking for a husband and wife snowbird couple.
DESCRIPTION: 2 bedrooms, office (has sofa, and piano, and desk. 3 baths, all tile floors throughout the house. Beautiful front porch overlooking the lake. Fully air-conditioned, heated, and ceiling fans.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave, cooking utensils, dishes. If you like to cook and bake, this kitchen has everything you need. Grill in garage.
Linens and towels provided, or you can bring your own.
Laundry room with washer, dryer, and sink.
Large flat screen TV in living area.
Avon Park is a small town off US-27. Lake Byrd Blvd is tucked away off the highway, surrounded by oak trees. Nearby on US 27, is Super Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Publix grocery store is about 20 minutes away, Winn Dixie about 10 minutes, and Aldi about 20 minutes.
Other attractions: shopping, restaurants, golf courses, classes and events at the community college.
Many many doctors and specialists in the area and the Florida Hospital Center is nearby.
Orlando Attractions: Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World, and Universal, Legoland, only 1 ½ hours away. Bok Tower, Cypress Gardens, HIghlands Hammock State Park, less than 1 hour.
