From the MXB office take a left and head southeast onto Hwy 98. Travel 0.4 miles and take another left onto 7th Street. Take your first right cross street, Oleander Ave and Sunny Breeze will be the 2nd house on your left. Sunny Breeze B is the top floor unit.
