Come relax and truly feel like "vacation" in our peaceful and centrally-located condo. With only a 5 minute walk to the beach, you can walk with your coffee to see the sunrise at the emerald green ocean. Shopping and restaurants are within a 5 mile drive, including Dolly Parton's new Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show. Thomas' Donut is less than 2 miles away. The gated resort is quiet with outdoor games, four pools, and laundry. We're at the best part of Front Beach without the crowds of Front Beach.

Our delightful condo is part of a gated resort community by the beach. Pier Park shopping is less than 3 miles away. Our place is 13 miles from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP).

This is a ground level condo that is part of a building with three other ground-level units attached. The unit is one level with its own entrance.

There is a desk in the living room and a dining table, along with Wi-Fi, to make working on your laptop convenient.

We know how important a great night's sleep is so you'll find a comfortable king mattress in the bedroom, queen memory foam mattress in the sleeper sofa, bed linens, ample pillows, and additional blankets available should you need them. Please note: There is no washer & dryer inside the unit. Coin / credit card laundry is in the green building on Dolphin Lane on our resort property.

You will have access to the entire 1 bedroom condo. Explore the property with your armband on and bring your coffee to the beach in the morning. Have a swim in one of the pools when the sun goes down.

Armbands have to be worn when you are exploring the Horizon South property and specifically in the pools. The price of armbands is $20 per person 5 years and older. You must purchase armbands at the office to use the pool and other amenities. The armband is good for your entire stay. You must get your $25 parking passes from the office and display in your vehicles.

There is a beach wagon for you to use that includes beach chairs, Igloo cooler, umbrella, and beach towels. There is also a bucket of kid beach tools.

Mini golf clubs, pickleball paddles, frisbee, football, horseshoes, shuffleboard sticks, and tennis racquets are in the unit (outside in the patio box) for you to use for the outdoor games on the property.
