324 Lakeside is a wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located just a few blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. It has a large screened in back porch overlooking the private pool. The home has a large gourmet kitchen and is unique because it's our only home with a gas range, as well as an outdoor gas grill that is tapped into the main supply line. Additionally it has an outdoor shower with both HOT and cold handles!
$2000/mo plus electric and $2000 sec dep.
Master Bedroom: 1 King
Second Bedroom: 1 Queen
Third Bedroom: 1 Queen
The master bedroom, as well as the second bedroom, both have their own private en suite bathrooms. The main (hallway) bathroom is located just outside the entry of the third bedroom.
Spectrum cable and internet is provided throughout the home; each bedroom has its own TV, as well as the living room.
