The open concept living room/dining/kitchen area will easily accommodate up to 9 guests. Guests will feel right at home on the ground level with a tiki bar, extra frig and TV for watching while guests grill today's catch, rinse off in the private outdoor shower, also a 1/2 bath at ground level for the convenience of the guest. Guests will delight in the wide canal, only 3 houses from the open bay front. Bring your boat and tie off in at the slip. When guests are looking to the North, they will have a view of the Galveston Bay - what treat for those who want to live on the water. The ground level room is not connected by an interior staircase.
Enter the main living space with its open concept living/dining/kitchen area. The living area features ample seating and large flat screen TV. The large open concept kitchen features a long peninsula for a large workspace to prepare meals or have a quick breakfast. The dining table seats up to 6 guests and the large kitchen features all modern appliances - including oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave.
Sleeping accommodations are as follows. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, TV and en suite bath with step in shower and jetted tub for a long relaxing soak after a day at the beach. The second and third bedrooms feature queen size beds and share a bath with a step in shower (no tub). The fourth bedroom is located on the ground level of the home and is NOT connected by an interior staircase. This teenage bunk room features a twin over full bunk bed - ideal for the kids to share.
This home also features a large walk-out deck on the canal side of the home with views to the North and East (including a bay view) as well as a walk out deck on the street side of the home where guests may watch as the sun sets over Galveston Bay.
Community of Sea Isle
Sea Isle Galveston is a family-friendly neighborhood, located on Galveston’s West End and offers a public beach, community swimming pool, marina, bait shop, fishing, playground, tennis courts, a convenience store, restaurant and bar. (Please review your home's listing or contact Ryson with any questions regarding specific community amenity access.) Sea Isle is highly sought after by families who love to fish and cruise the island in golf carts. If you have your own golf cart, be sure to bring it. You’ll be glad you did! If not, Ryson’s in-house Gulf Coast Concierge service would love to help you arrange a golf cart rental for your stay in Sea Isle.
Pool passes to the community swimming pool in Sea Isle are $100 per reservation and must be purchased directly from the Sea Isle HOA Monday – Friday until 5 pm only. Pool passes are not sold after hours or weekends. Please call the Sea Isle HOA at 409-737-2438 to reserve your pool pass in advance. MONTHLY RENT: as listed (1 full month paid at time of placing reservation)
RESERVATION FEE: percentage of base rent for entire stay
CLEANING: homes are cleaned prior to arrival and after departure (additional clean is required for 90+ day stays)
DEPOSIT: $500/condo reservation or $1000/private home reservation
UTILITIES: all utilities are included (electricity cap of 0-1 bedrooms: $100/month or 2+ bedrooms: $200/month)
TRAVEL INSURANCE: 6.95% of total minus deposit (optional but recommended)
PET FEE: pet-friendly homes allow dogs only and all pets must be pre-registered with pet fee paid in advanced
HOTEL TAXES: reservations of 30+ days are tax exempt
