Our home is available for rent 5 months out of the year (Nov. - Mar) with a minimum 4 month stay. An $1000.00 deposit is required to hold the property. Rent is $1950.00 per month. for the 4 month minimum, 5 months is $1900.00 per-month. We do except small dogs under 15lbs with an addition deposit of $100.00.
