A fully-furnished, two-story house situated at end of a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by conservation land is perfect for family or group vacation.

Sleeps 8 people comfortably. Two master bedrooms (queen beds) with full bathrooms en-suite. Two kids bedrooms (2 twin beds) (bunk bed twin/full) with shared full bathroom including tub. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the home.

Private, screened-in, heated pool and spa with patio furniture. Note that the pool heater is a heat pump. The pump is set on a schedule of ~8 hours per day to effectively maintain chlorine levels in the pool and to abide by HOA noise abatement rules.

Complimentary use of a propane gas grill.

Complete kitchen, dining room (table expands to seat 8), and washer/dryer.

Four televisions, DVD player, cable, WiFi.

Two off-street parking spaces available.

Linens and towels provided.
