This is a 1515 sqft house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Home is fully equipped with pillows, blankets, ceiling fans, linens and towels.

-The dining area seats four comfortable with a standard circle table.
-Central A/C and heating thermostat is located in the hallway near bedroom two.

Backyard offers a dining table with chairs under a covered patio with a BBQ.
Front yard offers a patio set with seating for four.

Parking
Parking on the private drive way with access to the backyard. Please note the drive way has a steep incline. Parking is also available in front of the house at the bottom of the drive way.

Minimum 3 month rental stay. Rent is $2,200.00 per month (deposit required) which includes sewer, trash, water and internet. Entertainment System TV We do not have traditional cable. Instead we have Amazon fire sick!

Utilities Trash day is every Monday. Please roll cans to the curb if you are departing on Saturday or Sunday. If you are staying overnight on Monday please ensure the cans are emptied and brought back up to the residence.
